"We had been recommended Seashore and we're so happy we booked it for a birthday celebration with our extended family. The house is spacious and very clean, with comfortable living areas (the couch is huge!) and the well-stocked clean kitchen. Whilst the bathrooms could do with an update and the basic fixtures are simple, the reason we'll definitely be back is that the space suited our family so well, with 3 couples and 2 toddlers. It was almost like having two separate apartments - with 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and down. We could easily put the kids to bed downstairs and not have to worry about making noise upstairs - hard to find in a rental house! We also brought our dog and she loved the huge enclosed space out the back and lawn out the front. But you can't get past the incredible view - 180 degrees from the entire upstairs, with a lovely grassy area out front and easy access to the beach. It was very hot when we stayed so we just set up a play pool on the lawn, used the beach umbrellas provided to shelter the kids and sat on the amazing covered balcony all day looking at the view. We also loved the quiet feel to North Avoca - whilst it doesn't have the shops of Avoca Beach, we loved the local cafe for our morning coffee run and spent a great morning with the kids playing at the rock pools. We kept saying all weekend how much we loved the house and how we'll be back - definitely recommended!"

"Just had one of the best weekends at Seashore, Nth Avoca. Everything was perfect!! We inspected the property last November but for some reason it was even better than we remembered. We highly recommend it."

"We stayed at Seashore, North Avoca for a week and were extremely happy with the property. We are a family of 4 with 2 dogs and had friends come and stay for a night or two. It is an excellent house for entertaining. The location of Seashore is amazing, right on the beach at North Avoca. It is literally 20 metres from the grass in the front yard to the sand of the beach. A short walk down the beach to the left and there are patrolled flags and a few steps down the beach to the right is the OFF-LEASH dog area that goes for a massive 600m. Our dogs had a ball with so many dogs to play with in the morning and late afternoon. When we went to the beach without the dogs they were happy, safe and secure in the fully fenced large backyard. At is lovely that the dogs are allowed inside the house as well. Lovely to be able to walk down the beach to the Avoca shops and restaurants, yet enjoy the peace and quiet (and dog friendliness) of North Avoca. The kitchen of Seashore is well equipped (with Scanpan saucepans!) and has spectacular 180 degree views of the beach. I could be preparing dinner in the late afternoon and watch the kids play in the sand down on the beach (do be careful as there are dangerous rips in some of the unpatrolled areas). The dining table comfortably seated 10 and is also in the perfect location to look out the floor to ceiling windows and doors giving a 180 degree view of the beach. The verandah has a good sized table and a couple of deck chairs and this is where we spent most of our daylight hours when not on the beach. The lounge area is very comfortable. It is only a smallish television by today's standards but TV is banned on our beach house holidays anyway. There are 2 very large bedrooms and 2 average sized bedrooms and all are perfectly fine. Only one has a bit of a beach view but we were happy for the common areas to monopolise the views. There is a games room (converted garage) with a table tennis table which was enjoyed by the kids. The only letdown is the bathrooms, both are in serious need of makeover, however, we read that in the reviews before we booked. Maybe by the time we go again (yes, we will DEFINITELY be returning), the bathrooms will have been renovated. All in all we loved our week at Seashore and can highly recommend the property."

"Great Aussie beach house! We stayed for a week and it was exactly what we were looking for. We have a one year old boy and a beagle, and we all loved it! Waking up to that sunrise every morning was an absolute treat. It's worth every extra penny to actually stay right on the beach instead of a street or two back. We only really used the top level, the kitchen was very well stocked, with everything you'd expect. Sure, the bathroom could use an update, but it does the job and is clean and functional. The layout is fantastic, with the kitchen, dining room and lounge rooms all looking out over the beach. There's a large terrace that is shaded throughout the day, with a large setting for 8 people, once again, with that gorgeous view! It has a great little grass patch between the house and beach, where we set up a sun shelter for the little one and dog, and it's a 30 second stroll down to the sand if you want to pop in for a quick swim. Beach walks and swims were rinsed away with the outdoor shower, just as every Aussie beach house should have! This pace had us dreaming of the easy life, why do we work our butts off in the city, why not move to somewhere like this, I guess that means we were pretty relaxed and loved the place!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to North Avoca. Seashore was ideal, right on the beach with fantastic views. It ticked all the boxes. What a great place to visit, wish we could stay longer. See you next time!"
