"Bombala is a large house. The kitchen/dining area is huge and very functional. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and 3 or 4 people can be working in the kitchen concurrently. Lounge furniture comfortable. It has a nice deck to the south-east and BBQ. It is located some distance from the beach so you need to drive though local shops are in easy walking distance otherwise your major shopping centre is at Erina (approx 6 kms away). Off street parking for 2 to 3 cars (2 garage spaces) was appreciated. There is no air conditioning and although the ceiling fans in the bedrooms were satisfactory we question whether the heating would be adequate in off-season."

"Bombala is a beaut family home featuring spacious indoor and outdoor living areas with amazing Wamberal Lake views. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you could wish for when away from home. The bedrooms are large and very comfortable. The well equipped laundry is an asset and the double garage is very handy. Bombala has a 'homely' feel and enabled our family to enjoy a terrific holiday. The location would be ideal for kayakers, paddle boarders and is handy to Terrigal and Wamberal Beaches, eateries and Erina Fair."

"The house was in lovely condition and very clean. The bed linen was premium quality and gorgeous decor. Little details like the double shower and under floor heating really made it a 5-star experience. Great TV, great location, very spacious, great lockable garage too. All kitchen appliances great and generous amount of plastic cups and bowls and plates for children. A big winner for us. We would definitely stay there again and enjoyed our break enormously."

"We stayed with our family from Northern NSW (4 adults and 3 little ones altogether), as well as entertaining these and other children from Sydney (6 big ones and 4 little ones). Brilliant space to have a family holiday. Lots to do locally, close to town, cafes and also close to beaches and indoor play centres (if it rains, as it did while we were there). As my grandson said on his arrival: wow - awesome house!"
