Find the Right Pool Property for Your Stay

Not every pool in this collection works the same way. Some properties have a private pool you won't share with anyone outside your group, which matters if you're travelling with young kids or just want the place to yourself. Others sit in a small complex with a shared pool, which usually means a lower rate and less upkeep to worry about, but shared access and set pool hours. Worth checking before you book, not after you arrive.

A heated pool changes what time of year works for you. Central Coast pools without heating are really only comfortable from late spring to early autumn, but a heated pool stretches that window into winter, which is why most of our heated properties book out fastest for the June and July school holidays despite the cooler weather.

Poolside Stays Across the Central Coast

Our pool properties run from Terrigal and Avoca Beach through to Copacabana and North Avoca, and the type of pool tends to vary with the property rather than the suburb. Larger family homes in Terrigal and Avoca Beach are more likely to have a private in-ground pool with space around it for kids to run in and out. Apartments and townhouses, more common around Copacabana and the smaller complexes, usually mean a shared pool that's well maintained but on a schedule.

If you're planning a holiday that doesn't revolve around the beach every day, a private pool changes the rhythm of a stay. Mornings by the water before anyone's up, an afternoon swim instead of packing the car for the beach, kids worn out by 4pm without you having to leave the property at all.
