    This gorgeous coastal holiday home is filled with charm, natural light and offers a perfect aspect of Valley views and the sound of bellbirds in the surrounds.
    Set right between two of the Central Coast's most iconic beaches Avoca Beach and Copacabana, Avoca Coast House is a comfortable two storey haven for families. Within 5 minutes to Copacabana, and 5 mins to Avoca Beach you are right where you need to be to take on the waves on your surfboard or relax on a beach with a towel and a book. From the moment you step in the house, you can immediately settle in for a comfortable stay.
    From the entrance you will find the spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a built ins and the main generous sized bathroom with a shower. Large glass door leads out to the spacious deck with a table setting for 8, lounge and BBQ area. Take the internal or external stairs down to the lower floor, where you find the rumpus room with TV and sofa, another two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a bunk and tri-bunk bed and a third bathroom. Glass doors take you out the lower deck with a seating area and access to the pool and pool area. Located in a quiet, established street in Avoca Beach, Avoca Coast House is perfectly positioned for a relaxing break.
