Despite being so close to all the conveniences, this house feels totally secluded and peaceful. Indoors and out blend seamlessly with the open plan living area spilling out to the private large deck. Located only a short walk to the sands of Pearl Beach, general store, cafe, playground, and restaurant or a short 5-minute drive to the town centre of Umina and Ettalong Beach. All 3 bedrooms have queen beds and ceiling fans.
