Located within walking distance to Everglades Country Club and golf course and just a 5-minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Umina and Ettalong. This neat cottage has been furnished with quality furniture and bedding. Its open plan living and dining area, well-furnished and its westerly aspect offers comfort and warmth all year round.

    Master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV and ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has a king single be and a single beds, and the third bedroom has 1 king singe bed.
