    This lovely property features a large family room with floor to ceiling doors to the outdoor entertaining deck providing ample sunlight throughout the house and a beautiful outlook to wake up to. Along with a fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining/living area with split system heating/cooling in the rear of the property, a toasty warm fireplace and 3 bedrooms which provides plenty of space for the family holiday.

    Master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite with shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, single bunk bed and an additional single mattress. The separate sleepout has a queen bed and ensuite with shower.

    Pippi Rikki, ideally located in Pearl Beach village, and barely a 3 minute walk its pristine, calm beach, which includes the recently restored rock pool. Pass the village general store, cafe, playground and restaurant on the way. Despite being so close to all the conveniences, this house feels totally secluded and peaceful, being surrounded by natural bushland, immensely tall gum trees and open spaces.
