Wildlife
Manning River Escape is a wonderful place for birdwatching and enjoying Australian wildlife! Bower birds, kookaburras, butcher birds, lorikeets, galahs, rosellas, eagles, herons, and the elusive azure kingfisher all make for a diverse and fascinating bird population.

In addition to birds, you may see small marsupials like wallabies, as well as frogs, and neighbouring livestock (horses and cows). This mix of wildlife creates a rich and varied environment to observe and appreciate nature's beauty.

Location
This is real Australia in all its natural beauty, surrounded by bush and prime farmland. 7 km along the road is Woko National Park. The charming town of Gloucester is a 20-minute drive away, with restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Gloucester is the gateway to Barrington Tops National Park, larger than the Blue Mountains and part of the Gondwana Rainforests of Australia. The nearest general store is 15 minutes away in Barrington.

Sorry no large parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed without prior approval. Strictly no pets or smoking allowed. Your rights and our expectations are outlined in “Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry NSW”. Please note there are cameras on site for security reasons outside only and are not in operation while guests are staying. Guests are liable for the full cost of any breakages, missing items or damage. All rubbish must be removed from the property on your departure. A $50.00 fee for rubbish disposal will be deducted from the security bond if required.
