Sunshine Cottage is only a short 300 metres walk from the beach and only a short drive to Umina & Ettalong Beach town centres with cafes, restaurants, weekend markets, cinemas and shops. There is plenty of activities for the whole family including fishing, bushwalking, skating, bike riding, pelican feeding, swimming and much more.

The cottage features 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has a bunk bed suitable for children.
